The service provided was excellent from the time l placed my order until the time my fireplace arrived. The fireplace was shipped the next day and arrived a couple of days later. I highly recommend the Torch Guys for all your fireplace needs.

Torch Guys upgraded me from a $1,600 unit to a $2,300 unit for FREE when it became clear that someone had bought the last in stock model the day before I placed my order (and the model was discontinued). They also expedited shipping for free. Throughout the process, the owners were highly responsive. A+ all around!
