First, I try to buy local - which I tried. In spite of being "fireplace stores" the three local guys have little selection and even less knowledge.

I was looking for a better experience through an e-commerce option. I spent a lot of time researching contact addresses and street views finding many of the online sellers don't even have a store. The Torch Guys not only have a physical store but have a Youtube channel which gives you a little sense that they are for real and may just know about fireplaces.

My project has a complex roof geometry built with engineered trusses. No options for changing roof framing to route the chimney where it needs to go.

The manufacturer's installation details for fireplaces and their chimney systems is surprisingly devoid of well - DETAILS. Figuring out the nuances of a complex chimney path requires help from someone who has done it.

With a bit of trepidation I dialed The Torch Guys. Tyler answers and I knew immediately I'm talking to the right guy. My situation required several back and forth e-mails to flesh out details. Tyler's partner Brian also got involved - clearly another guy who knows his fireplaces.

Every communication has been prompt, authoritative and responsive. We just finished with another call to finalize my plan and the order is on the way.

I was leery of purchasing such an expensive product online but Tyler and company exceeded my expectations! I called to ask a few questions about the Carol Rose fireplace and Tyler was very informative. Upon delivery, a couple of the pieces came cracked. Tyler set up my warranty and took care of the replacements, they arrived within a week. Our new outdoor area is complete with this beautiful fireplace!

I am having my Amantii fireplace installed. I purchased it through The Torch Guys. I got the Amantii as a replacement for a different fireplace that I had ordered from a local dealer near me. The fireplace had arrived damaged, and two attempts to have the damaged part replaced resulted in deliveries of additional damaged parts. The dealer would have nothing to do with the issue; I had to go directly to the manufacturer to get resolution, and it took a lot of my time and effort. But with The Torch Guys, I see that they will handle any issues that may arise on my behalf directly with the manufacturer (though I am not expecting any). AND they registered the product on my behalf with the manufacturer in order to activate the warranty. This is a breath of fresh air. They excel at customer service, and that is a rare thing these days.

Great guys to do business with. Awesome customer service. They even called me at 9 at night to see what I needed help with. Can’t say enough about that.

After two attempts with HomeDepot and two failed deliveries contacted Torch Guys by phone. Tyler listened to my concerns with shipping and told me the delivery differences of how Torch Guys delivers their product. The fireplace was delivered looking like it was the only item on the truck. Very pleased! Also the price was considerably less than Home Depot.

I found the Torch Guys online, looking at their reviews before I contacted them. They absolutely lived up to their 5-star reviews. I had purchased an electric fireplace from another source. It arrived damaged, and the replacement parts were also damaged upon delivery - twice! I therefore determined to go with another product. I purchased an Amantii electric fireplace through the Torch Guys. I was anxious about getting it delivered undamaged and also quickly, as my renovation project was being held up. Tyler could not have been more helpful, first with answering questions about Amantii, and then babysitting the whole order and delivery process through to a successful conclusion. I am so pleased with how he handled the transaction. He was always available by phone, and he advocated for the manufacturer to ship at the very earliest date. I can heartily recommend this company.

The Torch Guys really delivered. I did an online order which can be tricky but Tyler and Brian made is super easy. They stayed with me when I made an error on my first order and set me up with the right fireplace and associated equipment. They guided the delivery and it showed up on time. It was just installed and the tiling is happening now. It is more beautiful than I ever expected. This is going to be a cozy winter here in Washington. Thanks a million Torch Guys. I was inspired to create a beautiful backyard atmosphere using a propane torch lantern and I found the Torch Guys via Google. I purchased a 20K Tempest Lantern. The staff at the Torch Guys are impeccable as their personal touch and attention to details is rated "off-the-charts" as they have been amazing by picking up when I call or quickly responding when I send an email with questions. Tyler was on time, friendly , professional and knowledgable about the product that I was interested. he was transparent by telling me that the Napoleon S25i that is was looking for was being discountinued and able to get me a good discounted better that everyone one else out there, and I was doing my homework. We recently purchased an American Outdoor Grill for our new home through The Torch Guys and had a fantastic experience. The grill arrived on time and mostly assembled with little effort on our part. We are extremely satisfied with this product, and the excellent customer service provided by The Torch Guy’s staff was refreshing. They even registered the grill with AOG on our behalf. Wow, Smoke and mirrors and you think you have a real hot flame in your fireplace. I had 220 installed and the Orion put out sufficient heat to warm our great room. Tyler was very helpful in assisting with the fitment of fireplace and the need for the 6 in flashing I needed for proper installation. Very pleased with my purchase and the service provided by The Torch Guys.

Finally decided to go wood free after years of burning. Hadn’t looked at any gas log sets for some time and was very surprised how real they look now. And The Torch Guys was the place to go. A wide selection and many options to get everything we needed to go wood free. We don’t heat with our fireplace, it is just for enjoyment and we both couldn’t be happier. Still get up to grab another log from time to time and no more shutting up the other rooms to keep out any smoke that happened occasionally. Great place to do business. Fast and easy to get everything we needed.
