Love our new fireplace and the ordering/shipping was seemless!
In the age of corporate not truely caring for the customers that support them these guys were a great breath of fresh air!
Product exactly as described, works great, easy to install. Love that Torch Guys registered it for the warranty for me.
Thanks,
I had a great experience with Torch Guys! Prompt and friendly service and the unit was delivered as promised!
I have not used the stove yet but this company is fantastic to do business with. I will review the stove at a later time.
All my questions were answered and delivery was prompt! Thank you so much Torch Guy’s!
I had a fantastic experience with The Torch Guys!! From my first phone conversation with Ben to follow up emails & product delivery everything was flawless. Would not hesitate to purchase through them again!

The customer service was outstanding from the moment we called The Torch Guys to order our new Dimplex fireplace. We needed the fireplace quickly due to our remodel schedule. We received the unit within 4 days of ordering. The delivery company they hired was efficient and the unit arrived with no issues.
Thank you, Patricia! We're so glad we could get your Dimplex fireplace to you in time for your remodel — that kind of timing matters and we're happy it all came together smoothly. We appreciate you choosing The Torch Guys and hope you love your new fireplace!

Product shipped extremely fast, however, it was damaged during shipment. I contacted customer support and they had it replaced within a few days. No hassle, very professional. I couldn’t be happier.

The Torch Guys were great to work with! They followed up on my purchase to make sure I was pleased with my order. I love the fireplace and was the perfect size for my space. It was easy to install and has so many options including color, speed, timer and can use it to produce heat. I had one question about the screw sizes and Clinton helped me immediately. I highly recommend their products and would purchase with them again!
Phyllis, thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're thrilled the fireplace was the perfect fit for your space, and we'll make sure Clinton gets the recognition he deserves for jumping in to help. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to serving you again!
I bought an Amantii Cube from The Torch Guys and their service was terrific. They were great with answering questions, and the order shipped and arrived very quickly. They've followed up sharing the product is registered under warranty (done by them). All and all, very comfortable recommending them.
Nichole, thank you for the kind words! We're glad the ordering and delivery process was smooth, and we're happy to take care of the warranty registration so you don't have to worry about it. We appreciate your recommendation and hope you're loving your Amantii Cube!
Very easy to communicate with, and shipping experience was perfect. We are still in the process of installing because of our new-build schedule, so can't really comment on the fireplace itself.
Dale, thank you for the great feedback! We're glad communication and shipping went smoothly. We hope the installation goes well as your new build comes together — feel free to reach out if you have any questions along the way. We'd love to hear how it turns out!
Wrong pipe size was sent with fireplace. However, Ben and Ryan immediately took care of it- sent the right size and sent ups to pick most of the parts the other they sent return ups papers and I dropped two chimneys off at ups. Therefore. They did fix issue immediately with problems . So I am very happy with their company and service.

In this era when it is often difficult to get any customer support after a purchase, it is refreshing to note that The Torch Guys break the trend. They provided excellent advice when I was first considering a purchase and were extremely responsive in assisting me with replacing a part almost two years after the purchase that was covered under warranty by the manufacturer. It is comforting to have a company willing to support their customers. I very highly recommend The Torch Guys, a family run business that goes above and beyond in providing customer satisfaction.
