I cannot say enough about working with the Torch Guys. We ordered the Simplifire Allusion platinum fireplace months ago for our renovation. Tyler helped us choose the perfect fireplace for our project. It was delivered so quickly even though we did not need it right away. We installed months after we received it and discovered that we were missing some stones. Tyler answered my phone call immediately and arranged for a new set to be sent. Those were also received right away. The Torch Guys answered all of my calls and emails so promptly. Their service is excellent from start to finish. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

We ordered three Tempest lanterns from them and they were super helpful size and items needed to mouth these on the front of large pillars. Excellent company great to work with highly recommend!

Love our new gas logs! Puts off quite a bit of heat and looks very realistic. The only thing I would recommend to the company is to label what’s in the two bags (vermiculite and embers) to lessen confusion.

I recently replaced an old fire log set with the Golden Oak fire log set by Peterson and I could not be happier. The logs are high quality and they radiate heat into the room even after the fire is turned off. They look exactly like real logs. This is an excellent fire log set and I highly recommend it.

We chose this fireplace for the realistic flames and the warranty. The torch guys provided great communication and it was delivered quick. It was delivered on a truck with a scheduled delivery time. Shipped on a small pallet and wrapped it arrived in excellent condition. Can't wait to install it!

I am having my Amantii fireplace installed. I purchased it through The Torch Guys. I got the Amantii as a replacement for a different fireplace that I had ordered from a local dealer near me. The fireplace had arrived damaged, and two attempts to have the damaged part replaced resulted in deliveries of additional damaged parts. The dealer would have nothing to do with the issue; I had to go directly to the manufacturer to get resolution, and it took a lot of my time and effort. But with The Torch Guys, I see that they will handle any issues that may arise on my behalf directly with the manufacturer (though I am not expecting any). AND they registered the product on my behalf with the manufacturer in order to activate the warranty. This is a breath of fresh air. They excel at customer service, and that is a rare thing these days.
