I purchased 2 tempest gas torches to be mounted to stone columns (which ultimately turned out great). We did unfortunately have a few manufacturing issues that we had to work through from the factory, but the TheTorchGuys team were super attentive & supportive through what could have been a painful process, & we couldn't appreciate it more. Things don't always go smoothly with customer service interactions after the sale, and manufacturing defects happen, but Bryan, Ryan & Tyler stayed in continual contact until the problems were solved. That's said, TheTorchGuys went above and beyond, providing nothing but the best customer service that could be expected in what could have been a very frustrating situation.

Enjoying the ambiance this fireplace gives even in the summer months. Actually I think my dogs can like it better! I put the heater on even in the summer because they love the heat coming from it even though the AC is on.
Ignore the guy on the boat, it’s my son’s friend.
I put the unit on a portable small trolley so I can move the fireplace freely.
