    Important Installation Notice:

    The Montigo H38PF must be installed in accordance with certified venting and clearance requirements. Installation by a licensed professional is recommended.

    If using Montigo's Cool Wall Release or Cool Wall Advantage systems, fans must be disconnected to prevent excess wall temperatures that may damage finishes, artwork, or mounted electronics. This can be done via the remote or by unplugging the fan harness.

    This unit is certified for installation up to 4,500 feet elevation and is approved for use in covered outdoor rooms when installed according to Montigo’s outdoor guidelines. Montigo assumes no liability for damage caused by non-compliant installations.

Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale.     This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The appliance must be installed by a licensed professional and serviced annually by an authorized Montigo dealer to remain eligible for warranty coverage.

    Warranty Qualifications

    • Appliance must be installed and serviced by an authorized Montigo dealer
    • Installation must follow Montigo instructions and local codes
    • Only Montigo-approved components may be used
    • Appliance must remain in original location
    • Use of solid fuels such as wood or coal voids the warranty
    • Warranty is transferable if all conditions are met

    Exclusions from Warranty

    • Rust or corrosion from poor maintenance, chemicals, or inadequate combustion air
    • Damage from unauthorized repairs, misuse, power surges, or natural events
    • Altered or missing serial numbers
    • Costs for diagnosis, shipping, or handling
    • Products purchased online or through auction sites

    Submitting a Warranty Claim

    1. Contact the installing dealer or contractor
    2. Provide the original sales receipt, model number, and serial number
    3. If the installing dealer is unavailable, contact the nearest authorized Montigo dealer
    4. Warranty service requires prior written approval from Montigo
    5. Montigo will determine if components will be repaired, replaced, or refunded

    • For new construction, coverage begins on the date of first occupancy or six months after sale by an authorized dealer, whichever comes first

    Wrong pipe size was sent with fireplace. However, Ben and Ryan immediately took care of it- sent the right size and sent ups to pick most of the parts the other they sent return ups papers and I dropped two chimneys off at ups. Therefore. They did fix issue immediately with problems . So I am very happy with their company and service.
