Buyers Beware

Fireplaces, firepits, woodstoves, and related appliances are sold by a lot of outlets, but not all of them are authorized dealers for the brands they advertise. An unauthorized seller cannot stand behind the sale after it is made, and the risks to you are real.

Brands we carry as the only, or one of a small handful of, authorized dealers. For these, your choice of where to buy is nearly made for you.

Brands that publish their dealer network, and name The Torch Guys directly as a trained, authorized online dealer. You can confirm us right on the maker's own site.

Brands that do not publish a public dealer list, but recognize The Torch Guys as an authorized, factory trained dealer. Ask us and we will point you to proof.
