The Altitude 36" Direct Vent Fireplace from Napoleon

Designed to provide the ideal aspect ratio for an aesthetically pleasing view, the Altitude 36 gas fireplace is a traditional fireplace that you can truly make your own. This fireplace is available with a substantial number of options to make installation and customization a breeze. The clean-faced, minimalist design and full-width firebox are highlighted by the included NIGHT LIGHT. Set the tone with a selection of premium, hand-painted, logs, including driftwood, oak, and birch. Provide yourself with even more decor opportunities with optional heat management that provide easier placement of your favorite art or electronics. Operate the luxurious Altitude 36 from your comfy spot using your favorite mobile device and the eFIRE Remote App. The only question about your new Altitude 42 fireplace is which of the eight fronts, six decorative brick panels, and four log set styles will you choose to make this fireplace truly yours?

Heat Management serves many purposes and offers several benefits. With our innovative systems, easily install your television, electronics, and sensitive artwork closer to your fireplace, increasing design flexibility. These industry-leading technologies offer a more effective and quieter solution than standard blowers and operate without power. For a simpler installation, heat management reduces clearance for combustibles and allows for an easier installation of mantels. Finally, cooler glass and walls near the fireplace ensure that you and your family can safely enjoy the comfort and light of a gas fireplace. Shipping & Returns

Free curbside freight delivery on every order over $399. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Cancellations are free any time before shipment (custom orders excepted). Threshold and white-glove delivery upgrades are available — ask our team.

Warranty

In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect.

Due to the technical nature of our products, the manufacturer must perform troubleshooting to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what The Torch Guys deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms and confirm your consent to proceed.

Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review it and either approve or deny it. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If, for any reason, the claim is denied or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a prepaid return label for the defective part(s), which must be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).

Warranty claims can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the season. Given the length of time claims can take, we recommend you fire up your unit in late summer/early fall to ensure your existing fireplace is in good working order for the winter season.

Wrong pipe size sent

Wrong pipe size was sent with fireplace. However, Ben and Ryan immediately took care of it- sent the right size and sent ups to pick most of the parts the other they sent return ups papers and I dropped two chimneys off at ups. Therefore. They did fix issue immediately with problems . So I am very happy with their company and service.
