The new IgniteXL Bold seems to capture everything we loved about the IgniteXL and has taken it to a whole new level. It is also available in 5 sizes: 50", 60", 74", 88", 100" and multiple installation options, the IgniteXL Bold is one of the most versatile electric fireplaces on the market.

The Dimplex IgniteXL Bold built-in fireplace stands out with its generous 16" height and nearly 12" depth, offering an expansive view that showcases vivid, brighter flames and thicker, more realistic driftwood logs. This impressive electric fireplace can be installed in either a right or left corner, and its features create one of the most captivating flame experiences available. 

Unrivaled Customization

We thought the 5 under lighting mood options offered in the IgniteXL were cool. The IgniteXL Bold takes it to a whole new level:

  • A new top light to go with the under light creates almost unlimited mood options.
  • 7 Different Flame Color Settings. That's right. Not only can you change the background mood color, you can also change the flame color in the IgniteXL Bold.
  • 5 Flame Speed Settings. Another new feature in the Bold. You can change the speed of the flames to match your mood.

Shipping & Returns

Free curbside freight delivery on every order over $399. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Cancellations are free any time before shipment (custom orders excepted). Threshold and white-glove delivery upgrades are available — ask our team.

Warranty

In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect.

Due to the technical nature of our products, the manufacturer must perform troubleshooting to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what The Torch Guys deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms and confirm your consent to proceed.

Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review it and either approve or deny it. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If, for any reason, the claim is denied or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a prepaid return label for the defective part(s), which must be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).

Warranty claims can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the season. Given the length of time claims can take, we recommend you fire up your unit in late summer/early fall to ensure your existing fireplace is in good working order for the winter season.
