About This Product

Napoleon Ducted Heat Management carries your Vector fireplace's heat away from the wall above it and out into the room through ducting, with no fans or added electrical. That means combustible framing and finishes right up to the opening in most installations, and room for a TV, sound bar or artwork above. Choose your fireplace size, front or side discharge, and whether to install with the manifolds or with Napoleon's termination plates, an alternative made for the Vector; each package includes the 8" flex venting kit and the matching grill. It goes in during framing, before the gas line. from $962.

  • Model DHMF3850 / DHMF6274, DHMS3850 / DHMS6274, DHMTP3850 / DHMTP6274, DHMFS3850 / DHMFS6274, DHMSS, DHMFG3850 / DHMFG6274, DHMSG, DVK
  • Brand Napoleon
  • Includes 8" flex venting kit (two 8" flex vents) plus, depending on the option chosen, a discharge kit, or termination plates (Vector fireplaces only) with sleeves and the matching grill
  • Electrical No fans or added electrical — the high limit switch plugs into the fireplace's control board
  • Installation During framing, before the gas line is run
  • Fits Model Napoleon Vector (LV38, LV50, LV62, LV74), single-sided and see-through

Warranty

In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect.

Due to the technical nature of our products, the manufacturer must perform troubleshooting to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what The Torch Guys deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms and confirm your consent to proceed.

Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review it and either approve or deny it. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If, for any reason, the claim is denied or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a prepaid return label for the defective part(s), which must be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).

Warranty claims can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the season. Given the length of time claims can take, we recommend you fire up your unit in late summer/early fall to ensure your existing fireplace is in good working order for the winter season.

Superior Crescent Hill Vent Free 24" Gas Log Set.

This unit replaced a 25 year old log set/burner. We did a lot of looking online and in-person to find a product similar to the original. This set up is perfect for us. The Torch Guys had several options and the detailed descriptions helped us select the Superior Crescent Hill Vent Free 24" Gas Log Set. The Torch Guys had the best price and reviews indicated they responded to inquiries. This is our first purchase with The Torch Guys and we have not been disappointed. The log set is exactly as described. Shipping and delivery were fast. We also appreciate the follow up emails to verify all was good and to offer assistance now or in the future if needed. We highly recommend The Torch Guys.

Excellent Company

The Torch Guys is an excellent company to do business with! Ben was quick to respond with a quote and was always prompt in answering my questions.

The log set shipped in four well-packaged boxes and arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Ben also followed up after I received the set to make sure everything arrived undamaged and to see if I was happy with the results—which I absolutely am!

It looks FANTASTIC! I couldn’t be happier with the product or the customer service. I highly recommend The Torch Guys!

Now I can finish up the project with the glass doors and mantle, and I’m really looking forward to seeing the finished fireplace!
