    The Oakville X3 Direct Vent Gas Insert from Napoleon

    The Oakville™ X3 is a deluxe Gas Fireplace Insert offering the same quality features as the Oakville™ and includes exclusive NIGHT LIGHT™ detail that radiates a warm glow throughout the room, even when the fireplace is off. This unit has an exclusive dual burner split-flow system that results in a firebox filled with a stunning triple flame pattern and allows the option of independently operating the front and rear burners. Installation is simpler, with the ability to slide the firebox all the way to the back of the existing fireplace opening. The Oakville™ provides additional BTU's for added heat. Directional baffles increase airflow to help drive the heat throughout your home for maximum efficiency. The perfect solution for replacing and updating an inefficient old masonry setting.

    Shipping & Returns

    Free curbside freight delivery on every order over $399. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Cancellations are free any time before shipment (custom orders excepted). Threshold and white-glove delivery upgrades are available — ask our team.

    Warranty

    In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect.

    Due to the technical nature of our products, the manufacturer must perform troubleshooting to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what The Torch Guys deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms and confirm your consent to proceed.

    Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review it and either approve or deny it. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If, for any reason, the claim is denied or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.

    All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a prepaid return label for the defective part(s), which must be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).

    Warranty claims can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the season. Given the length of time claims can take, we recommend you fire up your unit in late summer/early fall to ensure your existing fireplace is in good working order for the winter season.
