The log set shipped in four well-packaged boxes and arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Ben also followed up after I received the set to make sure everything arrived undamaged and to see if I was happy with the results—which I absolutely am!

We received the unit within 4 days of ordering. The delivery company they hired was efficient and the unit arrived with no issues.
