Compatible Burner System

The G19A ODG15 Series is available for Natural or Propane gas in 18”/20” and 24”/30” sets, with variable BTU ratings from 23,000 to 40,000. Lava granules and embers are included with the unit.

Installation Requirements

  • Must be installed in an existing wood-burning fireplace
  • Fireplace damper must be permanently sealed open
  • Requires compatible vent-free burner system
  • Professional installation by licensed gas technician mandatory
  • Must comply with ANSI Z21.11.2 and all local building codes
  • Local codes may restrict or prohibit vent-free appliances

This is a vent-free (unvented) indoor appliance. Must be installed in a solid-fuel burning fireplace with damper permanently secured open. Burner system, gas controls, and safety components are sold separately. Never use outdoor-rated components with this indoor set. Always consult the official installation manual and a qualified professional.

Shipping & Returns

Free curbside freight delivery on every order over $399. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Cancellations are free any time before shipment (custom orders excepted). Threshold and white-glove delivery upgrades are available — ask our team.

All Real Fyre® Vent-Free ceramic refractory gas logs are warranted for as long as you own them (lifetime).

All Real Fyre® vent-free burners are warranted for ten (10) years.

All Real Fyre® glass, gems and fiber-ceramic blend logs are warranted for five (5) years.

All Real Fyre® valves, pilots and controls are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty (excluding batteries).
