Warming Trends AON 60" Rectangular Fire Table — 103840

The AON R60 is a finished fire table — powder-coated steel, a UT230 CROSSFIRE® burner already fitted, and the control box recessed out of sight. It arrives assembled and ready for a gas connection, so there is no enclosure to build and no burner to spec. Choose your fuel, ignition, and finish above.

  • Patented WATERSTOP® fitting keeps water and debris out of the gas line and electronics

  • Unique airflow management, adjustable feet, and an inset toe kick
  • 40" x 14" Rectangular Pan with a top ledge for seating drinks

What's Included, What's Required (but purchased separately), and What's Optional

The AON arrives as a complete fire table. The only things it does not bring are the media on top and the gas supply underneath.

  • Included: the assembled R60 table, the UT230 CROSSFIRE® burner, the 40" x 14" Rectangular Pan, the recessed control box, and the ignition system you select above.
  • You choose above: fuel type, ignition system, and powder-coat finish.
  • Required to complete the installation, purchased separately: fire glass or lava rock to cover the burner, and a gas line sized and run by a qualified installer that meets the specifications outlined in the installation manual AND any local municipality code requirements. If your home runs on propane rather than natural gas, the table connects to that line the same way — just select Propane above.
  • Optional: a fitted AON soft cover, a glass wind guard for exposed patios, and a wireless remote or dial timer. If you would rather run the table from a portable 20 lb propane tank than a gas line, that works too — a matching tank cover hides the bottle.

Shipping & Returns

Free curbside freight delivery on every order over $399. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Cancellations are free any time before shipment (custom orders excepted). Threshold and white-glove delivery upgrades are available — ask our team.

Warranty

In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect.

Due to the technical nature of our products, the manufacturer must perform troubleshooting to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what The Torch Guys deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms and confirm your consent to proceed.

Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review it and either approve or deny it. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If, for any reason, the claim is denied or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a prepaid return label for the defective part(s), which must be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).

Warranty claims can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the season. Given the length of time claims can take, we recommend you fire up your unit in late summer/early fall to ensure your existing fireplace is in good working order for the winter season.
