I bought an Amantii Cube from The Torch Guys and their service was terrific. They were great with answering questions, and the order shipped and arrived very quickly. They've followed up sharing the product is registered under warranty (done by them). All and all, very comfortable recommending them.

Wrong pipe size was sent with fireplace. However, Ben and Ryan immediately took care of it- sent the right size and sent ups to pick most of the parts the other they sent return ups papers and I dropped two chimneys off at ups. Therefore. They did fix issue immediately with problems . So I am very happy with their company and service.

Make buying items online easy and hassle free. Once I decided which wood stove to purchase I had to put as much effort into deciding which company to buy it from.It came down to Torch Guys.
