The Broilmaster Q3X is a gas-fired slow cooker / smoker built around Broilmaster's thick cast-aluminum body — 25,000 to 26,500 BTU stainless oval burner, full-area drip pan with drain valve, built-in smoker tray for wood chips or pellets, and 695 sq in of cooking area. Low-and-slow barbecue all day without the babysitting a stamped-steel smoker demands. The Q3XN ships as the appliance described above. Here's the honest breakdown.

  • Included in the box: the grill head with all the standard features listed above and the Broilmaster Lifetime Warranty on the casting, burner, and grids (plus 1 to 5 years on remaining components per Broilmaster's warranty schedule).
  • Required (purchased separately as part of your variant choice): a cart or post mounting. Broilmaster Premium grill heads ship as the head only — choose a rolling cart (black or stainless), a 26" stainless or painted patio post, or a 48" stainless or painted in-ground post above before adding to cart. Already have a Broilmaster mount on hand? Select "No Thanks" and we'll ship the head alone.
  • Optional Accessories: rotisserie kits, smoker trays, infrared sear burners, side burners (drop-in or slide-in), door and drawer sets, grill covers, and a quick-disconnect hose kit for natural-gas installs — surfaced below the cart.
  • Fuel: Available in Natural Gas or Propane (choose above; ships pre-configured). Pick fuel above before adding to cart — we'll ship the correct manifold and orifices. Need to convert later? Conversion kits are available as accessories.

Shipping & Returns

Free curbside freight delivery on every order over $399. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Cancellations are free any time before shipment (custom orders excepted). Threshold and white-glove delivery upgrades are available — ask our team.

Warranty

In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect.

Due to the technical nature of our products, the manufacturer must perform troubleshooting to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what The Torch Guys deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms and confirm your consent to proceed.

Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review it and either approve or deny it. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If, for any reason, the claim is denied or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a prepaid return label for the defective part(s), which must be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).

Warranty claims can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the season. Given the length of time claims can take, we recommend you fire up your unit in late summer/early fall to ensure your existing fireplace is in good working order for the winter season.
