It is an R-value-0 pad for appliances that call for ember protection only — the Manoir's 16" x 46" footprint with no R-value required is the fit, and the Lafayette II qualifies only when it sits on a raised base taller than 4", because it needs R 1.00 floor protection otherwise. Lay it on a flat, level, uncarpeted floor, never cut, with the joint to a zero-clearance fireplace sealed with non-combustible material. One-year limited warranty. $399.
