The T-Series is American Outdoor Grill's analog built-in line — a serious 304 stainless steel grill that's at home in a high-end outdoor kitchen and built by RH Peterson Co. in California. The 36" T-Series ships fully equipped: Rapid Light manual ignition (no electricity required), 304 stainless steel construction, and patented Diamond Sear cooking grids. What's Included, What's Optional, and What to Add for the Install

The T-Series 36" Built-In ships fully equipped: the appliance, burners, Diamond Sear grids, warming rack, brass valves, analog thermometer, and 10" stainless drip tray. To finish the install you'll choose your fuel (above the cart) and add a few optional accessories below.

  • Included in the box: the T-Series 36" built-in grill with stainless burners, Diamond Sear grids, warming rack, Rapid Light ignition, brass valves, analog thermometer, and 10" stainless drip tray.
  • Fuel (choose above): Natural Gas (default; AOG36TN) or Propane (AOG36TNP). Same price for either — each variant ships configured for its fuel, no field conversion needed.
  • Required for built-in install: non-combustible cabinet opening per AOG's install manual.
  • Optional accessories (below cart): Built-In Vinyl Cover (36" AOB), Double Side Burner (AOG2SBT) for the island, Portable Cart Base (36CRT-25) if you want to convert this into a portable later, 24"-only Patio Post or In-Ground Post bases (if you're not building into a fixed island), and Built-In Doors & Drawers (AOG14AR / AOG20AR / AOG30UD families) to finish out the kitchen cabinetry.

Shipping & Returns

Free curbside freight delivery on every order over $399. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Cancellations are free any time before shipment (custom orders excepted). Threshold and white-glove delivery upgrades are available — ask our team.

Warranty

In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect.

Due to the technical nature of our products, the manufacturer must perform troubleshooting to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what The Torch Guys deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms and confirm your consent to proceed.

Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review it and either approve or deny it. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If, for any reason, the claim is denied or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a prepaid return label for the defective part(s), which must be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).

Warranty claims can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the season. Given the length of time claims can take, we recommend you fire up your unit in late summer/early fall to ensure your existing fireplace is in good working order for the winter season.
