Free curbside freight delivery on every order over $399. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Cancellations are free any time before shipment (custom orders excepted). Threshold and white-glove delivery upgrades are available — ask our team.

Montigo Residential Product Warranty
Effective Date: July 26, 2023
Coverage Area: United States and Canada
Applies To: Montigo gas appliances purchased on or after August 1, 2019
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The appliance must be installed by a licensed professional and serviced annually by an authorized Montigo dealer to remain eligible for warranty coverage.

Warranty Qualifications
- Appliance must be installed and serviced by an authorized Montigo dealer
- Installation must follow Montigo instructions and local codes
- Only Montigo-approved components may be used
- Appliance must remain in original location
- Use of solid fuels such as wood or coal voids the warranty
- Warranty is transferable if all conditions are met
Exclusions from Warranty
- Rust or corrosion from poor maintenance, chemicals, or inadequate combustion air
- Damage from unauthorized repairs, misuse, power surges, or natural events
- Altered or missing serial numbers
- Costs for diagnosis, shipping, or handling
- Products purchased online or through auction sites
Submitting a Warranty Claim
- Contact the installing dealer or contractor
- Provide the original sales receipt, model number, and serial number
- If the installing dealer is unavailable, contact the nearest authorized Montigo dealer
- Warranty service requires prior written approval from Montigo
- Montigo will determine if components will be repaired, replaced, or refunded
Warranty Start Date
- Coverage begins on the original purchase date
- For new construction, coverage begins on the date of first occupancy or six months after sale by an authorized dealer, whichever comes first

The customer service was outstanding from the moment we called The Torch Guys to order our new Dimplex fireplace. We needed the fireplace quickly due to our remodel schedule. We received the unit within 4 days of ordering. The delivery company they hired was efficient and the unit arrived with no issues.

Never have I had a company work so hard to assist me. They went above and beyond what any other store most likely would do. The replacement fireplace I needed was discontinued. The Torch Guys were great to work with! They followed up on my purchase to make sure I was pleased with my order. I love the fireplace and was the perfect size for my space. It was easy to install and has so many options including color, speed, timer and can use it to produce heat. I had one question about the screw sizes and Clinton helped me immediately. Great service
We bought a Napoleon tall Linear Vector fireplace from the Torch Guys. Their price was the best, and their service outstanding. Shipping was quick, and communication reasonable. Item was well protected in transit.
Wrong pipe size sent
Wrong pipe size was sent with fireplace. However, Ben and Ryan immediately took care of it- sent the right size and sent ups to pick most of the parts the other they sent return ups papers and I dropped two chimneys off at ups. Therefore. They did fix issue immediately with problems . So I am very happy with their company and service.
