About the Duravent DirectVent Pro System
DirectVent Pro features tight inner connections for superb performance, with no gaskets or sealants required (unless specified by the appliance manufacturer). All black pipe lengths, pipe extensions, and elbows feature laser-welded outer wall seams for a sleek finish. Low-profile locks and no hems or beads allow for a beautiful product that looks elegant in any interior.
DuraVent's direct vent is specified by nearly every major stove and fireplace manufacturer in the U.S. and Canada, with the largest choice of termination caps for direct vent available.

DirectVent Pro is a unitized, coaxial (concentric) venting system designed for use with direct vent gas or propane stoves, heaters, and fireplaces.
Materials and Construction
.020” aluminum inner wall. .018” galvanized steel outer wall. Painted outer walls made of laserwelded .018” galvalume steel. Caps also available in stainless steel and copper. Outer pipe brings combustion air to the appliance. Inner pipe exhausts flue gases to the outside. Gaskets or sealants not required (unless specified by the appliance manufacturer).

If you are interested in enhanced shipping services such as threshold shipping or white glove delivery, our team is here to assist. Please keep in mind, enhanced shipping services are subject to availability and costs paid by the customer.
- Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area.
- White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house!

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. In the rare case that your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for shipment within the expected shipment window, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

In general, items that are custom made, made-to-order, or special order will take longer to ship.

Curbside Freight Shipments
Items that are too large or delicate to ship by standard ground carrier are required to ship freight. Freight carriers are specially trained to handle oversized and fragile items.
Here is what to expect from the freight shipping process:
- Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number that has an estimated delivery date to your local freight terminal
- The carrier will call you at your provided phone number to schedule a delivery appointment within the next 1-2 business days. Only weekday appointments are available. If you are unable to receive the shipment within 1-2 business days of its arrival at the freight terminal, please contact us.
- All shipments are delivered “curbside”. The driver will bring them to the curb and is not authorized to move it further. Anything past curbside must be arranged before placing the order (see “shipping options” above).
- Upon delivery, it is important that you inspect the shipment thoroughly before signing. Any damage or missing items should be noted on the delivery receipt. Return Process
Items Eligible for Return
Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To schedule a return please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer support team via live chat or call us (202) 539-6797. You can email: support@thetorchguys.com as a first step, but our team will need to speak with you to gather information about your return.
- You will receive an email confirming your return request has been accepted or denied within 1 business day. If approved, your email will also include detailed return instructions. ***From the date you receive this email you have 30 days to return the product.
- Any items returned outside of this process are not eligible for refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom made and made-to-order products
- Items marked “non-returnable” in the item description
- Used items, or items that have been installed or assembled
- Bundled kits sold at discounted rate - the entire kit must be returned.
Refunds
- Your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment. Most banks process refunds within 3-5 business days.
- Checks will be mailed for bank wire or check transactions. Refund checks are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued.
- If the product you’ve returned is ineligible for refund, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
- In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. This is completely up to the manufacturer. If a restocking fee does apply, we will let you know during the return review process.
Exchanges

Damages
We aim to ensure your product is delivered in excellent condition. In the rare event that your order does sustain damage during shipping, we are here to assist you. Our team will assume responsibility for any items damaged while shipping as long as you follow the steps and timeline outlined below:
For Freight/Signature Required Deliveries:
- Any damage or missing pieces must be noted on the delivery receipt.
- The order must be opened and inspected in the presence of the delivery driver.
- If you sign for the delivery without noting any damage or missing items on the receipt, you are accepting that your full order has arrived in excellent condition.
- Do not discard any damaged items or the original packaging.
- For severe damage, we recommend noting on the delivery receipt, “refused due to damage” and contact us immediately.

Warranty
In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect:
Due to the technical nature of our products, troubleshooting is required by the manufacturer to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what Woodland Direct deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms to proceed.
Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review and approve or deny the claim. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If for any reason, the claim is denied, or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.
All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a pre-paid return label for the defective part(s), which will need to be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).
Warranty claims can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the season. Due to the length of time claims can extend, we recommend that you fire up your unit in the late summer/early fall to ensure it’s in good working condition for the winter season.
DURAVENT LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
DuraVent, Inc. ("DuraVent") provides this limited lifetime warranty for all of its products to the original purchaser, with the exception of Ventinox (lifetime), DuraBlack (five years) and all Termination Caps (five years). Subject to the limitations set forth below, DuraVent warrants that its products will be free from substantial defects in material or manufacturing, if properly installed, maintained and used. This Warranty is non-transferable with the exception of Ventinox which is transferable from the original homeowner to the buyer of the home for a period of ten (10) years. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, smoke damage or damage caused by chimney fires, acts of God, or any product that was: (1) purchased other than from an authorized DuraVent dealer, retailer or distributor; (2) modified or altered; (3) improperly serviced, inspected or cleaned; or (4) subject to negligence or any use not in accordance with the printed materials provided with the product as determined by DuraVent. This limited lifetime warranty applies only to parts manufactured by DuraVent.
DuraVent provides the following warranties for its products: One Hundred Percent (100%) of the purchase price or MSRP at time of purchase, whichever is lower, for 15 years from the date of purchase, and Fifty Percent (50%) thereafter, except for the following limitations: Ventinox liner and components in wood, oil, wood pellet, and gas installations are warranted at One Hundred Percent (100%) for the lifetime of the original homeowner; Ventinox 316 liner and components for coal burning installations which are warranted One Hundred Percent (100%) for ten years; all Termination Caps and DuraBlack® are warranted at One Hundred Percent (100%) for five years, and at Ten Percent (10%) thereafter.
All warranty obligations of DuraVent shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product pursuant to the terms and conditions applicable to each product line. These remedies shall constitute DuraVent’s sole obligation and sole remedy under this limited warranty. This warranty provides no cash surrender value. The terms and conditions of this limited lifetime warranty may not be modified, altered or waived by any action, inaction or representation, whether oral or in writing, except upon the express, written authority of an executive officer of DuraVent.
VENTINOX WARRANTY CONDITIONS Liner and Component warranties contained herein are subject to the following conditions: (1) The Liner and Components must be installed according to DV’s installation instructions; (2) The Liner and Components are used only to line or reline chimneys venting residential appliances for which the liner was intended; and (3) documented annual inspection of the Liner and Components and maintenance as deemed necessary, beginning one year after the date of installation and continuing throughout the warranty period, by a Nationally Certified Chimney Sweep or VENTINOX® installer. The Liner and Components warranty is further subject to compliance with the following requirements throughout the warranty period: The chimney must have a chimney cap and chemical chimney cleaners must not be used when cleaning the Liner or Components. Plastic-bristle flue cleaning brushes are recommended. Corn, biofuels, driftwood or other wood containing salt, preservative-treated lumber, plastic and household trash or garbage, or wood pellets containing such materials must not be burned in the appliance or fireplace. In case of a chimney fire, the chimney must be inspected and approved by a certified Chimney Sweep before reuse. After each annual inspection, maintenance, and cleaning, the certified Chimney Sweep must fill out and date the appropriate section of the warranty card provided with the chimney liner.
LIMITATIONS ON INTERNET SALES:
Notwithstanding any other terms or conditions of this limited lifetime warranty, DuraVent provides no warranty for the following specific products if such products are both: (a) purchased from an Internet seller; and (b) not installed by a qualified professional installer: DuraTech®, DuraPlus HTC®, PelletVent Pro®, FasnSeal®, and DuraVent’s relining products including DuraLiner®, DuraFlex® 304, DuraFlex® 316, DuraFlex® Pro, DuraFlex® SW, and Ventinox®. For purposes of this warranty, a trained professional installer is defined as one of the following: licensed contractors with prior chimney installation experience, CSIA Certified Chimney Sweeps, NFI Certified Specialists, or WETT Certified Professionals.
DuraVent reserves the right to inspect defective product to determine if it qualifies for replacement under the terms of this limited lifetime warranty. All warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase. Labor and installation costs are not covered under this warranty.
