We bought a Napoleon tall Linear Vector fireplace from the Torch Guys. Their price was the best, and their service outstanding. Shipping was quick, and communication reasonable. Item was well protected in transit.

Wrong pipe size was sent with fireplace. However, Ben and Ryan immediately took care of it- sent the right size and sent ups to pick most of the parts the other they sent return ups papers and I dropped two chimneys off at ups. Therefore. They did fix issue immediately with problems . So I am very happy with their company and service.

We have not installed our new electric fireplace from the Torch Guys yet but the service, price and delivery have exceeded our expectations. We would definitely reccomend and already have to some of our interested friends.

Torch Guys communicated well and answered my questions. You actually get a response and someone to talk to when you call them. I do wish this specific fireplace had the finishing framing material included for a full recessed setting but that was the only thing I would say.

We were guided through troubleshooting, being kept apprised of the progress and were sent the needed replacement parts in a timely manner. Buying this unit online was a bit daunting due to the expense, but after experiencing this exceptional post purchase support I would buy from the Torch Guys again without hesitation. THANK YOU!!!

I found these guys on-line just by chance. I was looking to upgrade my vent-free log set (20+ years old). I had the paperwork from the previous owner. The store they purchased it from was a couple towns away, so I called them and set up an appointment for the next day. Met with the salesperson and got a quote. I was told that I had to order the log set and it would take ~ 30 days to receive it unless I wanted to drive a couple hours to pick it up. I went home and got on-line. The Torch Guys popped up. Checked their website for the set we wanted, and they were much cheaper than the store. I started my order and found I had some questions. I decided to call them directly. the guy that answered (Ryan) was able to answer all my questions and offered to place my order over the phone for me. I received the log set in 3 business days and the set up was fairly easy. We love it! I've found customer service and product knowledge is a rarity these days but "The Torch Guys" have defiantly got them both covered. I highly recommend them. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
