95,000 BTU/hr from front and rear tube burners makes the Fire Garden 4035 II the strongest fireplace in the Fire Garden outdoor line — a ready-to-finish traditional firebox with a 40" x 35" opening, from $4,830, shipping configured for natural gas with the LP conversion kit, 3/8" tempered glass windbreak, and ventilation grilles in the box. New in the II: choose AAA-battery Pulse ignition or Hot Shot 24V electronic — the kit is a required selection, and firebacks must be installed before operating. Outdoor only, fixed gas line only.
Choose it if you want a hearth, not a fire ribbon — log sets, fireback panels, and a traditional opening — and pick the ignition to match the site: Pulse where running power is impractical, 24V electronic where you want switch, timer, or home-automation control.
It is not operable as shipped: an ignition kit is a required selection (only skip it if you already own the Fire Garden kit), fireback panels must be installed before first fire, the 24V option needs the separately sold transformer, and the enclosure is yours to build — outdoors, on a fixed gas line. At 355 lbs, plan the path to the enclosure too.
Input is 95,000 BTU/hr on either fuel — (1) #39 front and (1) #30 rear orifices on natural gas, the included kit's (1) #50 front and (1) #44 rear on propane, at 7" / 11" wc. With the Hot Shot kit the fireplace draws 1.6 A at 24 VAC through the separately sold transformer; the Pulse kit runs on one AAA battery. The appliance weighs 355 lbs.
Same ready-to-finish install logic, same included LP kit. The 4035 II runs 95,000 BTU/hr with log sets, firebacks, and your choice of Pulse or 24V ignition, from from $4,830; the 4024 II runs a 40x24 linear flame over glass media at 65,000 BTU/hr with electronic ignition standard, from from $5,108.
Ignition choice. The original 4035 shipped with 24V electronic ignition built in; the II sells the ignition as a required Step-1 kit — Pulse (94601283, AAA battery, no electricity at the fireplace) or Hot Shot 24V electronic (94601282, switch/timer/home-automation control). The 95,000 BTU/hr burners, log sets, and ready-to-finish install carry over.
Only if you already have the Fire Garden ignition kit your installation needs — the fireplace cannot be operated without an ignition system, and there is no match-light option on the 4035 II. Otherwise choose Pulse or Electronic above.
Both, one box: it ships configured for natural gas and the LP conversion kit — (1) #50 front and (1) #44 rear orifices — is in the packing list, installed by a qualified service agency.
Only with the Hot Shot 24V electronic kit — 94800833 powers this fireplace alone, 94800830 powers up to six 24V appliances; both are sold separately under complementary products on this page. The Pulse kit runs on a AAA battery and needs no transformer.
