From the unique wood decay, cracking and splitting found in the Arizona Juniper and Western Driftwood to the deep rich bark and natural highlights in the Arizona Weathered Oak and Arizona Weathered Oak Charred, our logs make you feel like you have chopped wood in your fireplace.

    Grand Canyon 2 Burner

    Ignition/Control Options

    Match Lit (Natural Gas Only): this is the most basic ignition system and is only available for natural gas. There is no safety pilot system. To turn on the burner just place your match or lighter near the log burner and turn on the gas via a key valve. You can control the height of the flame by adjusting the key valve. 

    Manual - Standing Pilot: this safety pilot kit features a low profile design with a standing pilot, manual on/off dial to control your log set.  

    Manual - Electronic (24V): this pilot-on-demand system requires 120V electrical power supply that is stepped down to 24V with an included transformer. This ignition system features a metal box (12” x 12” x 4”) that must be mounted within 5’ of the fireplace and provides On/Off control only. This system can be interfaced with a remote control, wall switch or home automation system. 

    On/Off Remote - Electronic (Battery Driven): this ignition system does not have a standing pilot. Instead, the battery operating spark ignition activates when the log set is turned on & extinguishes the pilot when turned off. Everything is controlled via On/Off Remote control which is included with your burner. You can also add a wall switch with this ignition system. 

    Wall Switch - Electronic (Battery Driven): this ignition system does not have a standing pilot. Instead, the battery operating spark ignition activates when the log set is turned on & extinguishes the pilot when turned off. Everything is controlled via a Wall Switch which is included with your burner. On/Off Remote also included. Because this system is battery driven, you can still operate your log set during a power ignition system outage. 

    Bluetooth/WiFi - Electronic (24V): this pilot-on-demand system requires 120V electrical power supply that is stepped down to 24V with an included transformer. This ignition system features a metal box (12” x 12” x 4”) that must be mounted within 5’ of the fireplace. This configuration comes with the WeatherSmart Bluetooth/WiFi control module which allows you to control your fire from your smart device OR home automation system.

    Shipping & Returns

    Free curbside freight delivery on every order over $399. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Cancellations are free any time before shipment (custom orders excepted). Threshold and white-glove delivery upgrades are available — ask our team.

    Warranty Policy

    GCGL manufactures its products to the highest quality and standards. We also employ industry technical professionals to handle technical requests, troubleshoot, and answer general product questions. Prior to submitting a warranty claim, the GCGL Technical Service Department MUST be contacted to diagnose and validate a faulty or defective part, unless written authorization has been provided giving a customer the authority to troubleshoot and diagnose products. The following is a detailed statement on the warranties of each of our components.

    Refractory Logs
    Grand Canyon Gas Logs, logs carry a lifetime warranty against any manufacture defects or breakage as long as the products are installed inside. In the event defect or breakage occurs a replacement will be available to pick-up from the dealer at which the log set was originally purchased. This warranty does not cover breakage caused by excessive handling once installed and fired. Logs installed outdoors carry a (1) year warranty. This warranty is limited to original purchaser only.

    Burner
    Grand Canyon Gas Logs burners carry a life time warranty against manufacture defects or breakage as long as the appliance is installed inside and by a professional installer. In the event a defect or breakage occurs a replacement will be available for pick-up from the dealer at which the burner was originally purchased. Burners installed outside carry a (1) year warranty. This warranty is limited to original purchaser only.

    Electrical and Valves
    Grand Canyon Gas Logs valves, pilot assemblies and electrical components carry a (2) year warranty against breakage or defects from date of purchase, by original purchaser, and must be installed be a licensed professional installer. This warranty only covers use with Grand Canyon Gas Logs burners and logs In the event a defect or breakage occurs a replacement will be available for pick-up from the dealer at which the burner was originally purchased. Products installed outdoor carry a (1) year warranty.

    Wrong pipe size sent

    Wrong pipe size was sent with fireplace. However, Ben and Ryan immediately took care of it- sent the right size and sent ups to pick most of the parts the other they sent return ups papers and I dropped two chimneys off at ups. Therefore. They did fix issue immediately with problems . So I am very happy with their company and service.
