I bought an Amantii Cube from The Torch Guys and their service was terrific. They were great with answering questions, and the order shipped and arrived very quickly. They've followed up sharing the product is registered under warranty (done by them). All and all, very comfortable recommending them.

We bought a Napoleon tall Linear Vector fireplace from the Torch Guys. Their price was the best, and their service outstanding. Shipping was quick, and communication reasonable. Item was well protected in transit.

Wrong pipe size was sent with fireplace. However, Ben and Ryan immediately took care of it- sent the right size and sent ups to pick most of the parts the other they sent return ups papers and I dropped two chimneys off at ups. Therefore. They did fix issue immediately with problems . So I am very happy with their company and service.

We have not installed our new electric fireplace from the Torch Guys yet but the service, price and delivery have exceeded our expectations. We would definitely reccomend and already have to some of our interested friends.

Make buying items online easy and hassle free. Once I decided which wood stove to purchase I had to put as much effort into deciding which company to buy it from.It came down to Torch Guys. Ben Morris made it to easy. Pitt Ohoi trucking took great care not to damage it during shipment. Only took seven days to arrive, couldn't be happier.
