The 48" Linear Patioflame® Burner Kit from Napoleon

Perfect your space with a 48-inch Napoleon Patioflame® Burner Kit with a Topaz Glass ember bed. This unique kit allows you to install our beautiful ribbon of flame into a custom base that suits your outdoor living space completely. Sparkle isn't the only thing that's going for this unit, if the flame is accidentally blown out during a windy day, Napoleon's Thermo couple Valve system automatically cuts the gas supply so you and your family stay safe, and you're not wasting gas. This outdoor unit can be built-in to most non-combustible materials to complete the look of the perfect conversation area, or define the space of your outdoor dining experience. Use propane or convert to natural gas, which are easily lit by the built-in electronic starter. Even the flame height is customizable so you can provide heat, or ambiance, or both.

Shipping & Returns

Free curbside freight delivery on every order over $399. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Cancellations are free any time before shipment (custom orders excepted). Threshold and white-glove delivery upgrades are available — ask our team.

Warranty

In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect.

Due to the technical nature of our products, the manufacturer must perform troubleshooting to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what The Torch Guys deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms and confirm your consent to proceed.

Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review it and either approve or deny it. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If, for any reason, the claim is denied or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a prepaid return label for the defective part(s), which must be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).

Warranty claims can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the season. Given the length of time claims can take, we recommend you fire up your unit in late summer/early fall to ensure your existing fireplace is in good working order for the winter season.
