Napoleon Blower Kit for Knightsbridge Direct Vent Gas Stove

This unit replaced a 25 year old log set/burner. We did a lot of looking online and in-person to find a product similar to the original. This set up is perfect for us. The Torch Guys had several options and the detailed descriptions helped us select the Superior Crescent Hill Vent Free 24" Gas Log Set. The Torch Guys had the best price and reviews indicated they responded to inquiries. This is our first purchase with The Torch Guys and we have not been disappointed. The log set is exactly as described. Shipping and delivery were fast. We also appreciate the follow up emails to verify all was good and to offer assistance now or in the future if needed. We highly recommend The Torch Guys.

Ordered reflective glass for the inside of my fireplace insert and it arrived within a couple of days. i was very pleased with The Torch Guys!

The torch guys were awesome from purchase on - I actually had a question about my gas fireplace 2 years later and their response was instant. Tyler helped me pick out, purchase and install my gas fireplace. He referred me to Clinton when I had a battery questions later on. They are professional, friendly and provided the best price. Bring your business to the torch guys now! Margot

Great customer service. Ben went above and beyond to make sure our project came together. I cannot say enough good things about him and the company! They will not let you down.

Ben was great to deal with. He answered all my questions and I placed order right over phone with him. Our stove was delivered on a palate in immaculate condition 3 day's later. And the price couldn’t be beat!! Great company to deal with!!!

Love our new fireplace and the ordering/shipping was seemless!

In the age of corporate not truely caring for the customers that support them these guys were a great breath of fresh air!

Product exactly as described, works great, easy to install. Love that Torch Guys registered it for the warranty for me.

Thanks,

Great company! They were very helpful in getting us a part for our fireplace. Would highly recommend them!

The Torch Guys is an excellent company to do business with! Ben was quick to respond with a quote and was always prompt in answering my questions.

The log set shipped in four well-packaged boxes and arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Ben also followed up after I received the set to make sure everything arrived undamaged and to see if I was happy with the results—which I absolutely am!

It looks FANTASTIC! I couldn’t be happier with the product or the customer service. I highly recommend The Torch Guys!

Now I can finish up the project with the glass doors and mantle, and I’m really looking forward to seeing the finished fireplace!

I had a great experience with Torch Guys! Prompt and friendly service and the unit was delivered as promised!

I have not used the stove yet but this company is fantastic to do business with. I will review the stove at a later time.
