As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our Empire Comfort System and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. In the rare case that your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for shipment within the expected shipment window, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Shipping window varies from product to product. Please review the product page for the expected shipping time of your multi-sided electric heater. We update these daily so you know what to expect.
In general, items that are custom made, made-to-order, or special order will take longer to ship.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday. We strive to ship your items as fast as possible, including the True North TN24 gas stove, so your order may ship sooner than estimated.

No Shipping outside the USA.
Items that are too large or delicate to ship by standard ground carrier are required to ship freight, especially those from the Ovation Gasfire collection. Freight carriers are specially trained to handle oversized and fragile items.

We take pride in your ability to customize & personalize our products. Our goal is for you to find the exact product to suit your needs. Given that custom orders & made-to-order products are put into production specifically for your order, these items are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

We aim to ensure your product is delivered in excellent condition. In the rare event that your order does sustain damage during shipping, we are here to assist you with your ruby direct vent gas fireplace. Our team will assume responsibility for any items damaged while shipping as long as you follow the steps and timeline outlined below:

In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect.
Due to the technical nature of our products, the manufacturer must perform troubleshooting to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot and smart self-diagnostics the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what The Torch Guys deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms and confirm your consent to proceed.
Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review it and either approve or deny it. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If, for any reason, the claim is denied or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.
All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a prepaid return label for the defective part(s), which must be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).
Warranty claims can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the season. Given the length of time claims can take, we recommend you fire up your unit in late summer/early fall to ensure your existing fireplace is in good working order for the winter season.

I found these guys on-line just by chance. I was looking to upgrade my vent-free log set (20+ years old). I had the paperwork from the previous owner. The store they purchased it from was a couple towns away, so I called them and set up an appointment for the next day. Met with the salesperson and got a quote. I was told that I had to order the log set and it would take ~ 30 days to receive it unless I wanted to drive a couple hours to pick it up. I went home and got on-line. The Torch Guys popped up. Checked their website for the set we wanted, and they were much cheaper than the store. I started my order and found I had some questions. I decided to call them directly. the guy that answered (Ryan) was able to answer all my questions and offered to place my order over the phone for me. I received the log set in 3 business days and the set up was fairly easy. We love it! I've found customer service and product knowledge is a rarity these days but "The Torch Guys" have defiantly got them both covered. I highly recommend them. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I recently helped my parents purchase an electric fireplace insert to replace a wood-burning fireplace that was no longer working well. We purchased a Dimplex Optimyst Revive 25" Water Vapor Fireplace insert. With its real steam feature and glowing logs, the Optimyst is great - quite realistic for an electric. My parents are super happy with the results and use it every night. It's very easy to operate. (We still plan to make a few aesthetic adjustments like painting the inside of the original fireplace black so the insert blends in, and installing a plug behind the insert ...).
I worked with Ben Morris, who was fantastic. I was really busy and distracted during the process, but he patiently kept checking in with me, answering questions and doing research on what our options were for the existing fireplace. Once we decided on the Dimplex, he asked me to send him pictures and detailed measurements of the existing fireplace so he could make 100% sure that it would fit, which it did, thankfully. I would highly recommend buying from The Torch Guys, and working with Ben if possible :)
