    The Montigo R324STIO 32" Exemplar 2-Sided Gas Fireplace offers the perfect solution for creating a striking visual connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Designed to provide warmth and ambiance from both sides, this unit features a contemporary linear burner with Ice fireglass media, frameless glass, and durable construction to withstand both interior and exterior environments. Whether used as a room divider or a transition piece between living and outdoor areas, the R324STIO delivers modern elegance and functionality.

    Important Installation Notice:

    Installations must comply with Montigo’s certified framing, clearance, and venting specifications. A licensed professional installation is strongly recommended to ensure optimal performance and safety.

    If using Cool Wall Release or Cool Wall Advantage systems, fans should be disconnected to prevent excess heat transfer that may affect adjacent surfaces, artwork, or mounted electronics. This can be done via the remote or by unplugging the fan harness.

    The R324STIO is approved for installations up to 4,500 feet and can be used in covered outdoor rooms when properly configured. Montigo disclaims responsibility for damages resulting from improper installation.

    Free curbside freight delivery on every order over $399. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Cancellations are free any time before shipment (custom orders excepted). Threshold and white-glove delivery upgrades are available — ask our team.

    Montigo Residential Product Warranty

    Effective Date: July 26, 2023

    Applies To: Montigo gas appliances purchased on or after August 1, 2019

    This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The appliance must be installed by a licensed professional and serviced annually by an authorized Montigo dealer to remain eligible for warranty coverage.

    Warranty Qualifications

    • Appliance must be installed and serviced by an authorized Montigo dealer
    • Installation must follow Montigo instructions and local codes
    • Only Montigo-approved components may be used
    • Appliance must remain in original location
    • Use of solid fuels such as wood or coal voids the warranty
    • Warranty is transferable if all conditions are met

    Exclusions from Warranty

    • Rust or corrosion from poor maintenance, chemicals, or inadequate combustion air
    • Damage from unauthorized repairs, misuse, power surges, or natural events
    • Altered or missing serial numbers
    • Costs for diagnosis, shipping, or handling
    • Products purchased online or through auction sites

    Submitting a Warranty Claim

    1. Contact the installing dealer or contractor
    2. Provide the original sales receipt, model number, and serial number
    3. If the installing dealer is unavailable, contact the nearest authorized Montigo dealer
    4. Warranty service requires prior written approval from Montigo
    5. Montigo will determine if components will be repaired, replaced, or refunded

    Warranty Start Date

    • Coverage begins on the original purchase date
    • For new construction, coverage begins on the date of first occupancy or six months after sale by an authorized dealer, whichever comes first

    Wrong pipe size was sent with fireplace. However, Ben and Ryan immediately took care of it- sent the right size and sent ups to pick most of the parts the other they sent return ups papers and I dropped two chimneys off at ups. Therefore. They did fix issue immediately with problems . So I am very happy with their company and service.
