    The Montigo R420ST 48" Exemplar See Through Gas Fireplace brings striking dual-sided flames to open-concept designs. Ideal for dividing large rooms or uniting adjacent spaces, this luxury fireplace features a wide frameless view on both sides, a contemporary linear burner, and Montigo’s signature craftsmanship.     Important Installation Notice:

    Installations must adhere to Montigo’s certified guidelines for venting, framing, and clearances. A professional installer is strongly recommended.

    When using Cool Wall Release or Cool Wall Advantage systems, internal fans must be disconnected to avoid excessive heat buildup, which could damage mounted TVs, artwork, or wall finishes. Fans may be disabled through the remote or by unplugging the fan harness.

    The R420ST is approved for use up to 4,500 feet elevation and is suitable for covered outdoor rooms when installed according to Montigo’s specifications. Montigo is not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation.

Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Cancellations are free any time before shipment (custom orders excepted). Threshold and white-glove delivery upgrades are available — ask our team.

    Montigo Residential Product Warranty

    Effective Date: July 26, 2023

    Applies To: Montigo gas appliances purchased on or after August 1, 2019

    This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The appliance must be installed by a licensed professional and serviced annually by an authorized Montigo dealer to remain eligible for warranty coverage.

    Warranty Qualifications

    • Appliance must be installed and serviced by an authorized Montigo dealer
    • Installation must follow Montigo instructions and local codes
    • Only Montigo-approved components may be used
    • Appliance must remain in original location
    • Use of solid fuels such as wood or coal voids the warranty
    • Warranty is transferable if all conditions are met

    Exclusions from Warranty

    • Rust or corrosion from poor maintenance, chemicals, or inadequate combustion air
    • Damage from unauthorized repairs, misuse, power surges, or natural events
    • Altered or missing serial numbers
    • Costs for diagnosis, shipping, or handling
    • Products purchased online or through auction sites

    Submitting a Warranty Claim

    1. Contact the installing dealer or contractor
    2. Provide the original sales receipt, model number, and serial number
    3. If the installing dealer is unavailable, contact the nearest authorized Montigo dealer
    4. Warranty service requires prior written approval from Montigo
    5. Montigo will determine if components will be repaired, replaced, or refunded

    Warranty Start Date

    • Coverage begins on the original purchase date
    • For new construction, coverage begins on the date of first occupancy or six months after sale by an authorized dealer, whichever comes first

    Wrong pipe size was sent with fireplace. However, Ben and Ryan immediately took care of it- sent the right size and sent ups to pick most of the parts the other they sent return ups papers and I dropped two chimneys off at ups. Therefore. They did fix issue immediately with problems . So I am very happy with their company and service.
