    Montigo is not responsible for damage caused by improper setup or non-compliant modifications. This unit is certified for use up to 4,500 feet and may be installed in covered outdoor spaces when following approved guidelines.

Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale.     • Installation must follow Montigo instructions and local codes
    • Only Montigo-approved components may be used

    • Use of solid fuels such as wood or coal voids the warranty
    • Warranty is transferable if all conditions are met

    Exclusions from Warranty

    • Rust or corrosion from poor maintenance, chemicals, or inadequate combustion air
    • Damage from unauthorized repairs, misuse, power surges, or natural events
    • Altered or missing serial numbers
    • Costs for diagnosis, shipping, or handling
    • Products purchased online or through auction sites

    Submitting a Warranty Claim

    1. Contact the installing dealer or contractor
    2. Provide the original sales receipt, model number, and serial number
    3. If the installing dealer is unavailable, contact the nearest authorized Montigo dealer
    4. Warranty service requires prior written approval from Montigo
    5. Montigo will determine if components will be repaired, replaced, or refunded

    • Coverage begins on the original purchase date
    • For new construction, coverage begins on the date of first occupancy or six months after sale by an authorized dealer, whichever comes first

    Wrong pipe size was sent with fireplace. However, Ben and Ryan immediately took care of it- sent the right size and sent ups to pick most of the parts the other they sent return ups papers and I dropped two chimneys off at ups. Therefore.
