The Luxuria 74" See Through Linear Direct Vent Gas Fireplace from Napoleon

Napoleon's Luxuria™ 74" See Through linear gas fireplace provides an unobstructed view of a contemporary linear flame and requires no safety screen. The safe-to-touch, triple-pane Glass Guard system and Dynamic Heat Control deliver safe heating and beautiful views into two rooms at once. Versatile installation options allow TVs and artwork to be safely displayed above the fireplace, while combustible materials can be installed flush to the opening.

Premium media options include three High Definition log choices, Nickel Stix, a Mineral Rock Kit, Shore and Beach Fire Media Kits, and multiple colors of Glass Ember Media and Glass Beads to complement your personal style. Control every aspect of the fireplace easily from your favorite mobile device using the eFIRE app, including setting the mood with the multi-colored LED ember bed. Shipping & Returns

Free curbside freight delivery on every order over $399. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Cancellations are free any time before shipment (custom orders excepted). Threshold and white-glove delivery upgrades are available — ask our team.

Warranty

In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect.

Due to the technical nature of our products, the manufacturer must perform troubleshooting to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what The Torch Guys deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms and confirm your consent to proceed.

Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review it and either approve or deny it. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If, for any reason, the claim is denied or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a prepaid return label for the defective part(s), which must be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).

Warranty claims can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the season. Given the length of time claims can take, we recommend you fire up your unit in late summer/early fall to ensure your existing fireplace is in good working order for the winter season.

Wrong pipe size sent

Wrong pipe size was sent with fireplace. However, Ben and Ryan immediately took care of it- sent the right size and sent ups to pick most of the parts the other they sent return ups papers and I dropped two chimneys off at ups. Therefore. They did fix issue immediately with problems . So I am very happy with their company and service.
