Warming Trends 24" Outdoor Fireplace Burner Insert Kit — 104694

This kit turns a masonry outdoor fireplace into a working gas fireplace. It is the burner half only — a CROSSFIRE® brass burner on an elevated black plate, a stainless grate to lay logs on, and every connection needed between the gas line and the burner. Sized for a firebox opening of 24" or larger. Choose your burner style, fuel, and ignition above.

  • Converts a masonry outdoor fireplace opening of 24" or larger to gas
  • CROSSFIRE® brass burner — H-Style to 120,000 BTU, Tree-Style to 110,000 BTU
  • 15.5" x 9.75" elevated black powder-coated plate and a 19" x 17" stainless steel grate
  • Flexline, key valve, 3" and 12" keys, and an 8" key valve extension all included
  • Faceplate included to finish the front of the opening
  • Takes an optional ceramic log set, lava rock, or fire glass
  • Designed, engineered, and assembled in the USA

This kit supplies everything between the gas line and the flame. The fireplace itself and the media on top are separate.

  • Included: the CROSSFIRE® brass burner in the style you select, the 15.5" x 9.75" elevated black plate, a 19" x 17" stainless steel grate, the faceplate, and the flexline, key valve, 3" and 12" keys, and 8" key valve extension.
  • You choose above: fuel type, burner style, and ignition system.
  • Required to complete the installation, purchased separately: a masonry outdoor fireplace with an opening of 24" or larger, and a gas line sized and run by a qualified installer that meets the specifications outlined in the installation manual AND any local municipality code requirements.
  • Optional: a ceramic log set, lava rock, or fire glass to dress the burner, a wireless remote or dial timer, and an emergency stop for commercial installs.

Shipping & Returns

Free curbside freight delivery on every order over $399. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Cancellations are free any time before shipment (custom orders excepted). Threshold and white-glove delivery upgrades are available — ask our team.

Warranty

In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect.

Due to the technical nature of our products, the manufacturer must perform troubleshooting to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what The Torch Guys deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms and confirm your consent to proceed.

Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review it and either approve or deny it. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If, for any reason, the claim is denied or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a prepaid return label for the defective part(s), which must be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).

Warranty claims can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the season. Given the length of time claims can take, we recommend you fire up your unit in late summer/early fall to ensure your existing fireplace is in good working order for the winter season.

Wrong pipe size sent

Wrong pipe size was sent with fireplace. However, Ben and Ryan immediately took care of it- sent the right size and sent ups to pick most of the parts the other they sent return ups papers and I dropped two chimneys off at ups. Therefore.
