The Ready-to-Finish Outdoor Fireplace from The Outdoor Greatroom  

Ready-to-finish linear fireplace enclosures are made from Fiber rock backer board and G90 marine-grade galvanized steel framing. 
These can be finished on-site to match your landscaping,  hardscaping, or exterior design with stone or other noncombustible materials. Choose between single-sided or see-through styles. Perfect for both commercial and residential

Ready-to-Finish Outdoor Fireplace Features

  • Available as see-through or single-sided
  • Made using G90 marine-grade galvanized steel framing and Fiberock backer board 
  • The fireplace opening enclosure is lined with #304 stainless steel
  • Includes vents pre-installed, a cut-out for a control panel, and glass wind guard panels
  • Linear Crystal Fire Plus Burner Insert with Direct Spark Ignition or Manual Ignition controls – order fire media, external controls, timers, and emergency stop separately
  • Can be used for liquid propane or natural gas installations – hard-pipe installation recommended
  • Access Door conceals standard 20 lb. propane tank in the base for 40” and 60” models
  • Enclosures 8 feet or less ship in one piece with a drop-ship option available

    Shipping & Returns

    Free curbside freight delivery on every order over $399. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Cancellations are free any time before shipment (custom orders excepted). Threshold and white-glove delivery upgrades are available — ask our team.

    Warranty

    In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect.

    Due to the technical nature of our products, the manufacturer must perform troubleshooting to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what The Torch Guys deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms and confirm your consent to proceed.

    Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review it and either approve or deny it. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If, for any reason, the claim is denied or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.

    All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a prepaid return label for the defective part(s), which must be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).

    Warranty claims can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the season. Given the length of time claims can take, we recommend you fire up your unit in late summer/early fall to ensure your existing fireplace is in good working order for the winter season.
