About This Product

The Driftwood Log Set from Majestic

Bring the natural, rustic charm of driftwood into your fireplace with the Majestic Driftwood Log Set. These ceramic fiber logs are hand-detailed to mimic real driftwood, offering a weathered, organic look that complements both traditional and modern hearths.

This log set is designed for compatibility with Majestic’s Jade direct-vent gas fireplaces (available in 32″ and 42″ models), and also certain Ruby inserts, depending on the size you choose.

The driftwood style lends a calm, natural ambiance that enhances the flame presentation without the mess or maintenance of real logs.

Driftwood Log Set Key Features

  • Sculpted ceramic fiber logs are textured and painted to replicate natural, weatherworn driftwood.
  • The design can also be used for the Majestic Jade and Ruby Series (direct-vent fireplaces).
  • The high-temperature ceramic fiber is built to withstand high heat while maintaining shape and detail.
  • Easy installation that comes with a placement guide/log placement instructions.
  • Lightweight but designed to handle the stresses of repeated heating.

Compatible Products

  • Material High-temperature ceramic fiber
  • Compatible Models Majestic Jade Series (32″, 42″) | Some Ruby inserts (30″/35″) with appropriate conversion kit
  • Log Count Multiple driftwood-style logs (exact number depends on model; included with placement guide)

Free curbside freight delivery on every order over $399. Inspect the shipment before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt — freight damage claims must be reported within 5 business days. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product hasn't been installed, is in the same condition you received it, and all original packaging is intact. Return shipping and the original outbound freight cost are deducted from the refund, and a manufacturer restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Warranty

In the unlikely event your product experiences a defect, our technical team will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process. Here is a general outline of what to expect.

Due to the technical nature of our products, the manufacturer must perform troubleshooting to process a warranty claim. Your installer will need to troubleshoot the problem on-site while working in tandem with our technical team. If troubleshooting leads to what The Torch Guys deems as a defective part, we will submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Before we submit the claim, we will ask you to review the terms and confirm your consent to proceed.

Once the claim is submitted, the manufacturer will review it and either approve or deny it. If they have all the information and accept the claim, your warranty replacement part(s) will begin processing for shipment. If, for any reason, the claim is denied or we need more information, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All warranties are processed as exchanges. You can expect to receive a prepaid return label for the defective part(s), which must be returned within 30 days of receiving the warranty replacement(s).

Warranty claims can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to process, depending on the season. Given the length of time claims can take, we recommend you fire up your unit in late summer/early fall to ensure your existing fireplace is in good working order for the winter season.
